We can accept payment from all major debit and credit cards, except American Express. You can also pay by bank transfer by requesting the details when placing your order.
Yes, we do. Our drivers are trained to transport hazardous waste safely and we can also provide you with a reusable box on subscription to help prevent these items from finding their way into general waste streams where they can cause fires.
Yes. We will provide you with a waste transfer note for all items we collect along with your receipt once the collection has been completed.

Book your waste collection
Send us a photo of your waste and book your preferred collection slot online. We’ll look at the waste to be collected and provide you with a quote based on those items.
Confirmation of collection
If you are happy with the quote we will confirm your collection date and time and provide information on how to prepare for our arrival. If you can, make sure parking is available near your property for a speedier service.
On the day
We will contact you on the day to let you know we are on the way. All reasonable labour is included in our price, meaning as long as there’s proper access to the waste, we’ll be able to complete the job on time. Once we’ve collected your rubbish, we’ll photograph the site to document the completed removal.
Your waste is recycled
Once your waste is on board we will identify any items suitable for re-use, recycling or disposal and will send you a digital waste transfer note along with your receipt.
